Services
All services include a written guarantee, invoice for work completed and details of work completed.
Services include but are not limited to desktops, laptops, printers and servers.
Service is prorated based on 6 minutes, ie. 6 minutes equals 1/10 of an hour. Offsite offers free pick up and drop off to destination of your choice. We also offer new equipment and parts replacement.
EQUIPMENT AND PARTS: Price depends on order (all orders paid up front)

Diagnostics - $35.00 per hr (free with repair)
Troubleshooting Hardware - $50.00 per hr (free with repair)
Repair - $75.00 per hr
OFFSITE REPAIRS: Returned within 24hrs.
Diagnostics - $30.00 per hr (free with repair)
Troubleshooting Hardware - $40.00 per hr (free with repair)
Repair - $70.00 per hr
FLAT RATE SERVICES: On Site or Off Site
Operating System Reload - $65.00
Data Recovery BackUp - $60.00
Virus Removal - $55.00
Software Reload or Install - $50.00
